Tom Gatlin

Tom Gatlin is a Senior Design Strategist at Philips, driven by a passion for understanding people and enhancing their experiences through user-centered design. They have a diverse background that includes internships at Crown Equipment Corporation, Eleven, LLC, Kaleidoscope, and Berry Plastics, where they developed innovative concepts for various clients. Additionally, Tom served as Vice Chair of the IDSA Boston Chapter from 2017 to 2019 and has taught design visualization at Wentworth Institute of Technology. They hold an MBA and an MS in Innovation from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati.
