Tom Persons has over 35 years of experience in quality engineering and design, with a strong background in the medical device and technology sectors. Starting as a Design Engineer and Material Team Engineer at Texas Instruments, Tom transitioned into quality roles at Baxter Healthcare Corp and Philips, focusing on establishing Design Controls, conducting failure analysis, and leading complaint investigations related to MRI imaging coils, respiratory devices, and dialysis products. Tom has also contributed to local business development through training initiatives and has held multiple senior quality engineering positions, including significant roles at Linvatec and Philips Respironics. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
