Tomer Saar

Tomer Saar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management within the medical and technology sectors. Beginning a career as a Mechanical R&D Engineer at Rafael from 2001 to 2005, Tomer moved on to significant roles at various companies, including Philips, where a position as a Program Manager focused on developing next-generation CT scanners in September 2024. With experience as an Engineering and Production Manager at Galil Medical and R&D Team Manager at Edwards Lifesciences, Tomer has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex projects, including advanced medical devices. Additional roles include serving as a Senior R&D Manager at Edwards Lifesciences and leading NPI and automation initiatives at Philips Medical Systems. Most recently, Tomer has been the R&D Programs and Projects Lead at Arineta since June 2025 and previously held a senior project management position at Novocure. Tomer holds a degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed in 2023.
