Varun Saini has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management and operational excellence across various industries. At GlaxoSmithKline, Varun served as an Assistant Manager, where transformative process improvements were initiated. As a Project Manager at Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings, Varun implemented Six Sigma methodologies. Varun progressed to Philips Consumer Lifestyle, taking on roles including Manager and Senior Manager of Supply Chain, where strategic planning and cost-saving initiatives were successfully executed. In leadership positions at Philips, including Global Supply Chain Lead and Head of Commercial Supply Chain, Varun managed complex supply chain projects and drove significant growth in market segments.
