Won Jang

Won Jang is currently the ISC Transformation PMO at Philips, where they focus on change management and communication within the Sales & Operations Planning Excellence Transformation team. Previously, Won served as a Petty Officer Second Class in the Republic of Korea Navy from 2015 to 2017, gaining valuable leadership and teamwork skills. Their experience also includes roles as a Supply Chain Project Manager, Supply Chain Analyst, and Change & Communications Intern at Philips, as well as a Customer Development Intern at Unilever. Won holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and completed an exchange minor in International Management and Consultancy at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
