Xinru Zhou

Xinru (Ruby) Zhou is the Founder and CEO of 法嘉LAW+, where they create a cross-disciplinary platform that unites academics, legal professionals, and business leaders to foster collaboration in law, commerce, and education. They previously served as Counsel for Greater China Region at GE Aviation and held positions as an Associate and Senior Associate at Clifford Chance LLP in both Shanghai and London, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and corporate governance. Ruby holds an LL.M from Harvard Law School and an LL.B from Fudan University, along with an exchange program at The University of Edinburgh. Currently, they also work as Legal Director and Compliance Officer at 飞利浦, overseeing legal matters in the Greater China market.
