Xu Isabel

Xu Isabel is a Senior Project Manager at 飞利浦, where they have been leading the SAFe Transformation in the Image Chain R&D Suzhou team and overseeing new product development projects since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Stryker from 2016 to 2019, serving as Manager of AO & Engineering, where they were responsible for supporting R&D throughout the innovation process and managing design for manufacturability. Xu also held the position of Associate Manager, Engineering, where they led the manufacturing transfer process and ensured project timelines and quality targets were met. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Information Systems from 南京理工大学 from 1999 to 2003.
