Xun Zhang

Xun Zhang is an experienced usability designer and ethnography practitioner currently serving as a Senior Design Researcher at Philips. They previously held positions as a Research Manager/Strategist at TEAMS and as a Lead Researcher at TEAMS Design, where they conducted user research and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Xun began their career as a Digital Durham Project Researcher and Workshop Facilitator at Dynalucid, enhancing stakeholder understanding through design research. They earned a Master of Science in Design Ethnography from The University of Dundee in 2014, equipping them with a robust foundation in user experience research and design.
