Beau Nelson

Beau Nelson is the Director of Special Projects at Phillips 66, where they have been instrumental in overseeing various initiatives since 2021. Prior to their current role, Beau held several positions at Phillips 66, including Operations Improvement and Sustainability Director, and has experience managing diverse teams and significant budgets in pipeline and terminal operations. Beau's career also includes roles at ConocoPhillips and Fluor Corporation, where they contributed to both engineering and project management efforts.
