Bill Line is currently an Area Inspector at Phillips 66 Refinery in Wood River, Illinois, overseeing crude distillation, vacuum flasher, delayed coker, and naphtha hydrotreater units. They also serve as the lead certified welding inspector/specialist for the refinery. Bill's previous experience includes working as an inspector at TEAM, Inc. from 1993 to 2006, where they held certifications in API 510, API 570, and more. Additionally, Bill co-managed a pressure blasting and cleaning company at United Van Lines from 1990 to 1993. They are currently pursuing an AWS D1.1 course at Southwestern Illinois College.
