Brian O'Neill

Brian O'Neill has extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked at Phillips 66 since April 2001 in various capacities, including Director of Business Systems, Logistics Volumetric Systems Lead, Scheduling Supervisor, Pipeline Scheduler, Pipeline Controller, Instrumentation Technician, and Manufacturing Specialist. Prior to this, O'Neill held the position of Instrumentation Technician at Koch Pipeline Company, L.P. from April 1997 to February 2001. O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Oklahoma State University, as well as an Associate's degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology - Okmulgee.
