Bryant McDowell

Bryant McDowell is a Process Safety Professional currently serving as the Director of Process Safety at Phillips 66 since the company's integration with DCP Midstream in 2023. Previously, they held various roles at DCP Midstream from 2007 to 2011, including Plant Operator, Health, Safety & PSM Manager, PSM Compliance Coordinator, and PSM Manager, where they focused on compliance with OSHA's Process Safety Management Standard and the EPA's Risk Management Plan regulations. Bryant is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University and a VUCA Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
