Cale Dillingham

Cale Dillingham, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in treasury, investor relations, and equity research. Currently serving in Midstream Strategy at Phillips 66 since July 2022, Cale previously held significant roles at Transocean, where responsibilities included managing treasury operations and preparing materials for board meetings. As a Senior Associate at BMO Capital Markets, Cale covered 20 oilfield service companies and contributed to major stock ratings and valuations. Earlier experience includes analytical positions at Cross Sound Management and Point72 Asset Management, where Cale achieved top rankings and generated substantial annualized returns in energy services. Cale began a finance career with an internship at Merrill Lynch and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Finance from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
