Caleb Powell

Caleb Powell is an experienced plant operator currently employed at Phillips 66 since May 2016. Previously, Caleb worked as an LDAR technician at Guardian Compliance, where responsibilities included leak detection and repair in petrochemical facilities. Prior to that, Caleb provided operational support at Magnum Precision Operations, collaborating with machinists to ensure product quality. An internship at Shell offered extensive training in process operations and safety management. Caleb's career began in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Structural Mechanic, where expertise in aircraft maintenance and supervision was developed. Caleb holds an Associate's Degree in Process Technology from Houston Community College.
