Chris Parcell has over 40 years of experience in the pipeline industry, currently serving as Region Maintenance Superintendent at Phillips 66 since October 2014. In this role, Chris ensures accountability and operational excellence within the Cushing Pipeline Area, focusing on zero large spill incidents and recordable injuries. Previous positions at Phillips 66 include Area Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading contractor efforts for new pipeline assets in North Dakota and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Chris has also held various supervisory and managerial roles at ConocoPhillips, overseeing safe operations of pipelines and pump stations, and leading teams in maintenance and construction activities. The career began at Panhandle Eastern Pipeline, where foundational welding skills were developed. Education was completed at Bristow High School.
