Donald Sutherland has extensive experience in supervisory and operational roles within the refining and chemical industries. Since October 2015, Donald has served as a Shift Supervisor at Phillips 66, overseeing refinery operations. Prior to this role, Donald worked at DuPont from January 2007 to October 2015, first as a Shift Production Supervisor and then as a Chemical Operator. Earlier in Donald's career, from August 1997 to July 1999, Donald was employed as an Assistant Building Superintendent at Gannett Direct Marketing Services.
