Joe Murphy is an experienced maintenance and project management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Maintenance and Turnaround Excellence at Phillips 66 since October 2014, Joe is responsible for developing long-range turnaround plans and overseeing programs through all phases from planning to execution. Prior to this role, Joe held various managerial positions in capital project management at CH2MHILL, VECO Engineering, Georgia-Pacific LLC, Fluor Daniel Northwest, and ICF Kaiser Hanford. Joe began the career in the timber industry as a Logger and also contributed as a Forest Firefighter with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University.
