Kerry Arnold

Kerry Arnold is currently the Operations Manager at HF Sinclair, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Kerry served as the Area Lead at Phillips 66 from 2019. Their career includes numerous roles at Flint Hills Resources from 2008 to 2010, including Process Engineering Leader and Environmental Manager. Kerry began their professional journey at UOP as a Development Engineer and has also worked as a SHE Manager at INEOS from 2018 to 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in 1992.
