Kim Head is the Senior Vice President of Global Commercial Operations at Phillips 66, a position held since 2022. Previously, Kim served as Vice President of Global Trading and held various roles focused on trading and management in natural gas and crude oil at Phillips 66 from 2010 to 2014, along with earlier positions at Coastal Corporation and Northern Illinois Gas Company. Kim began their career in engineering as a Design Engineer at Black & Veatch before transitioning into the energy sector. Currently, Kim is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology.
