Lance Thomasson

Lance Thomasson currently serves as the Director of Environmental for the North Region at Phillips 66 since April 2023, having previously held various environmental leadership roles at DCP Midstream, Delek US Holdings, Inc., and INVISTA. Notable contributions include managing complex environmental compliance permits and programs, achieving RCRA clean closures for hazardous waste management facilities, and overseeing compliance at decommissioning projects. With extensive experience in environmental engineering and compliance, Lance has worked in multiple capacities at organizations such as URS Corporation, Washington Demilitarization Company, Raytheon, and ANGUS Chemical Company. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and pursued advanced studies in the same field at Louisiana Tech University.
