Lucy Jackson

Lucy Jackson is a Health and Safety Specialist at Phillips 66, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lucy served as a PSM Coordinator at DCP Midstream from July 2009, where responsibilities included coordinating Management of Change and Pre-startup Safety Review efforts, as well as preparing and facilitating Process Hazard Analyses.
