Mandy Johnston

Mandy Johnston, P.E. is a highly experienced professional in the engineering field, currently serving as a Principal Engineer and Fellow in Process Technologies at Phillips 66 since May 2012. Previous roles at Phillips 66 include Director of Operations Engineering and Development, Manager of Functional Excellence in Energy Research & Innovation, and several engineering leadership positions. Prior to Phillips 66, Mandy Johnston worked at ConocoPhillips from December 2001 to April 2012, where positions ranged from Supervisor of Engineering Design to Director of Research Center Shared Services. Early career experience includes roles at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company and Phillips Petroleum Co., with a foundation in Chemical Engineering obtained from Oklahoma State University, where a Bachelor of Science degree was earned.
