Mark Wade is a dedicated, CIPD qualified HR professional with over 15 years of experience, including a decade in leadership roles. Currently, Mark serves as the Regional Refining HR Manager at Phillips 66, overseeing HR responsibilities for the Sweeny Refinery and several other facilities in the US. Previously, Mark held various HR positions within Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips, gaining expertise in areas such as Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Inclusion. Mark is also a Board Trustee for St Andrew's Hospice Grimsby and is passionate about making a positive impact in the local community. Mark obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Human Resources Management from Sheffield Hallam University and holds an MCIPD certification.
