Matt Epperson

Matt Epperson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing global HR operations. Currently serving as General Manager of HR Operations at Phillips 66 since May 2012, Matt oversees various functions including talent acquisition, labor relations, payroll, and employee relations, while leading the Bartlesville Leadership Team. Prior roles within Phillips 66 include Manager of HR Operations and Manager of HR Shared Services, focusing on HR systems and payroll for multiple regions. Matt's prior experience at ConocoPhillips spans over a decade, where roles included HRBP Director and various HR management positions in both the United States and international locations such as Malaysia and China. Matt holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University and a degree from Oklahoma City University.
