Mike Patton

Mike Patton is currently the Manager of Real Estate Services at Phillips 66, a position held since 2025, and previously served as a RES Supervisor at the same company from 2023 to 2026. They gained extensive experience as a Senior Right of Way Agent at Steele Land Services from 2006 to 2014 and as a Senior Right of Way Area Specialist at DCP Midstream from 2014 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Patton worked as an Adult Protective Services Specialist II for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services from 2005 to 2006. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Sociology from Oklahoma State University, earned between 2001 and 2003.
