Randy Austin has extensive experience in occupational health and safety, currently serving as the Occupational Health and Safety Team Lead at Phillips 66 since January 2009, where achievements include multiple AFPM awards and record-low safety incident rates at the Bayway Refinery. Previously, Randy held the position of Security and Emergency Services Team Lead, overseeing fire protection and emergency response in a MARSEC regulated environment. Prior experience includes working as a Health and Safety Specialist at ConocoPhillips, where Randy mentored over 1200 employees, and roles as a Union Safety Advocate and Welder at Exxon. Randy began their career as an Operator at AmRod. Education includes coursework in Occupational Health and Safety from Central Maine Technical College.
