Ray Rigdon

Ray Rigdon has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Vice President of Technology and Projects at Phillips 66 since February 2011, where responsibilities include managing operational, safety, and environmental aspects of the 260,000 BPD Alliance Refinery, along with budgeting, refinery optimization, and compliance with regulations. Previous roles at ConocoPhillips from 2001 to 2011 encompassed positions such as Technical Manager and Area Manager, focusing on refinery technical departments, operational safety, supervising various systems, and developing long-range plans and capital budgets. Early career experience includes a role as an Engineer at BP from 1990 to 2001. Ray Rigdon holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Tulsa, obtained in 1989.
