Rhiannon Lear

Rhiannon Lear is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at Phillips 66 since October 2010, where roles have included HR Manager for Digital & Admin, HRBP Director, and HR Business Partner for the Borger Refinery. Rhiannon has actively contributed to leadership teams across various sectors, including IT and Transformation Management Office, Legal, Procurement, Real Estate & Facilities. Previous experience includes serving as Supervisor of HR Services, overseeing multiple teams related to employee data and security, and as Advisor for Talent Acquisition, leading initiatives in employer branding and recruiting processes.
