Ryan Martin

Ryan Martin is the Director of Pipeline Regulatory Programs at Phillips 66, where they oversee critical compliance and damage prevention initiatives. They previously served as a Pipeline Regulatory Systems Lead and Public Awareness Administrator at the same company. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Specialist in Damage Prevention at Williams and as a Senior Public Awareness and Damage Prevention Specialist at Enterprise Products. Elected to the Texas811 board in February 2016, Ryan actively contributes to public safety and regulatory standards in the industry.
