Additional experience includes working as a Network Engineer at ConocoPhillips from May 2012 to July 2013, specializing in datacenter networking with emphasis on Nexus products, and supervising the Network Operations team at the University of Kentucky from January 2006 to May 2012. Earlier in the career, Sam served in the United States Marine Corps from March 2001 to February 2005, where various IT roles were undertaken with a focus on Network Exploitation.
