Sam Steffy

Sam Steffy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and project management. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager for the Continental Business Unit at Phillips 66 since May 2012, Sam has led teams responsible for developing and supporting payment systems for over 7,000 retail fueling locations, and has managed a diverse team to establish a cloud-native retail fuel pricing platform. Previous roles at Phillips 66 include IT Internal Auditor and Business Analyst, with a focus on improving internal controls and data-driven marketing analytics. Sam's earlier experience includes serving as a Board Member at The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges and Vice President of the Ashford Community Association. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from The University of Tulsa.
