Scott Arel

Scott Arel is a Turnaround Planner at Phillips 66, based in Linden, New Jersey. They have extensive experience in non-destructive testing and inspections, having worked as an LV-II NDE Technician at Conam Inspection for a decade and later at Precision Inspection. Their roles have included serving as an Inspector/Construction Facilitator at CATSI and an API 510 Inspector at multiple companies, including Sunoco Inc. Scott's expertise in turnaround planning has led to the development of a TA Inspection planning program adopted company-wide by clients. They are a veteran of the United States Navy.
