Seth Precht

Seth Precht possesses over a decade of experience in intelligence and analysis, currently serving as the Director of Intelligence & Analysis at Phillips 66 since October 2012. In this role, Seth is a vital member of the Global Security Leadership Team, directly reporting to the Chief Security Officer, and has developed a comprehensive all-source intelligence program for the company. Prior to this, Seth had a successful tenure at UnitedHealth Group from February 2003 to October 2012, advancing from an entry-level position to Senior Intelligence Analyst and managing the analytical team to ensure timely dissemination of critical information to clients. Seth's diverse background includes roles as a regional analyst and watch officer, where responsibilities included monitoring global events and collaborating with various stakeholders. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in International Trade & Finance from Louisiana State University and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Rice University.
