Steve See

Steve See is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management and employee services. Currently serving as Director of Strategy and Director of Employee Services at Phillips 66 since December 2012, Steve oversees a range of corporate employee support services, including logistics, interior design, and catering. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Director of Campus Services at MD Anderson Cancer Center from June 2004 to December 2012, managing multiple departments. Earlier in the career, Steve was General Manager at Exel Logistics from 1998 to 2004. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
