Tim Yearous is a seasoned engineer with a strong background in the energy sector, having accumulated extensive experience in various roles since earning a BS in Chemical Engineering & Petroleum Refining from the Colorado School of Mines in 1992. Tim began a career as a Process Engineer at EGP Clean Fuels from 1994 to 2002, transitioned to Link Energy as Plant Manager from 2003 to 2004, and then served as a Principal Engineer at DCP Midstream from June 2011 to April 2023. Tim held the position of Complex Manager at Valero from February 2008 to May 2011 and currently works as a Principal Engineer at Phillips 66, starting in April 2023.
