Tom Burns

Tom Burns is a skilled program and project manager currently overseeing the LAR Tank Program at Phillips 66, where they manage long-range planning, schedules, costs, and contractor expectations. With extensive experience in the oil industry, Tom previously held roles at TARSCO, Inc. and Mesa Rubber Co, leading sales, marketing, and project management efforts. Tom received an A.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Advanced Engineering & Mechanical Drafting from Citrus College and continues to expand their expertise in these fields.
