William Lappin

William Lappin is an experienced professional in the refining and business development sectors, currently serving as Director of Refining Strategy at Phillips 66 since May 2012. Previous roles at Phillips 66 include Manager of Corporate Business Development, Process Engineering Team Lead, Planning and Economics Team Lead, Crude Economist, and Distillate and Black Oils Economist. Prior to this, William Lappin worked at ConocoPhillips from January 2007 to May 2012 as an FCC Process Engineer and Reformer Process Engineer. William Lappin holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
