Phillips & Co. is a leading strategy and innovation firm.
We work with leadership teams to develop breakthrough strategies and new directions for growth.

Based in Chicago, we serve clients across North America and Europe.

For over 20 years, we’ve partnered with ambitious mid-sized companies, leading nonprofits, and Fortune 500 innovation teams—helping organizations move beyond incremental thinking and toward meaningful, differentiated growth.

We’ve worked in more than 30 industries, with specialized experience in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, nonprofits, education, consumer packaged goods, and hospitality. Our clients include mid-sized organizations like Iron Container, A.Y. McDonald, and the American Board of Preventive Medicine, as well as larger organizations such as Paramount Pictures, Dell, Molson Coors, and Hyatt.

We’re typically brought in when:
→ A leadership team is stuck in incremental thinking and needs to break out of it
→ The C-suite is going through a transition and needs alignment around what comes next
→ A company is looking to accelerate growth and identify new opportunities
→ An organization is developing new products, services, or brands and needs a clear strategic direction
→ Industry shifts—often driven by technology—require a fundamentally new strategy

Our work is delivered through a combination of end-to-end strategy and innovation projects, as well as targeted engagements, including:
→ Strategic planning
→ Leadership team offsites and executive facilitation
→ Innovation workshops and summits
→ Consumer and customer insight development
→ Ideation and concept development
→ MVP creation and testing
→ Professional facilitation
→ UnConferences and masterminds
We bring together a team of strategists, researchers, and facilitators to help organizations develop stronger strategies—and turn those strategies into action.
