Kellan Mooi

Kellan Mooi has a diverse work experience in the technical support field. They most recently worked as a Technical Support Manager at Phillips Connect, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Support Desk Technician at Tuff Shed, Inc. from 2022 to 2023.

In 2021 to 2022, Kellan worked as an IT Support Specialist at Radio Engineering Industries, where they provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for clients and installers. They managed data using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Freshdesk ticketing platforms and conducted customer training on proprietary software.

From 2020 to 2021, Kellan held the role of Technical Arts Coordinator at Bethany Lutheran Church. They installed an Audio-Over-IP live-streaming system and performed maintenance on audio and video equipment. They also researched and implemented new technical systems to improve online worship live stream stability.

Kellan Mooi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Truman State University, graduating in the year 2020. Prior to that, they attended Ankeny High School from 2012 to 2016. Apart from their formal education, they obtained the Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Google in May 2021, and in May 2020, they achieved the Dante Certification Level 3 from Audinate.
