Stephen E. Ross, MBA, CSP, is a corporate safety leadership professional with over 12 years of experience in the construction and industrial markets. They served as Area Safety Manager and Site Safety Manager at Bowen Engineering Corporation from 2016 to 2018, and currently hold the position of Vice President of Environment Health Safety at Phillips Infrastructure since 2025. Previously, they worked at AECOM Hunt as SH&E Director for Central and Eastern US operations from 2020 to 2025. Stephen is pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Accounting and Finance at Ivy Tech Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
