Rick Waples

Rick Waples is an experienced sales and operations executive in the specialty tobacco industry, currently serving as Vice President - Outside Sales and National Director of Outside Sales at Phillips & King since August 2022. Prior to this role, Waples held positions at Kretek International as Director of Retail Operations and Alternate Channels, and at KT&G USA as Regional VP overseeing direct sales operations across 18 states.
