Mark Ralph is an experienced leader of engineering teams with a B.S. in Package Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. They began their career as a Packaging Engineer and Package Designer at Prent Corporation before taking on roles such as Senior Design Team Leader and Senior Package Design Engineer at Medtronic. Mark has held several management positions at Phillips-Medisize, including Sr. Engineering Manager and Director of Global Cost Development and Manufacturing Strategy Development, where they currently lead teams focused on new product introduction. Additionally, Mark has served on the UW-Stout Packaging Board since 2005.
