Phil Wang has extensive experience in production and manufacturing management, spanning over two decades. Starting as a Production Supervisor at APP Group, Phil progressed through various roles, including Industrial Engineer at Green Point Tech Co., Ltd and Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at UPG Suzhou, where project plans were implemented according to NPI 5 Phases to ensure timely mass production. Phil further advanced to Assistant Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Suzhou Saturn Automotive, overseeing daily production management. Since January 2015, Phil has been serving as a Production Manager at Phillips-Medisize, having previously held a similar position at Flextronics Automotive from August 2009 to January 2015.
