Stuart Richards

Stuart Richards is currently the Deputy General Counsel at Phillips Medisize, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Deputy General Counsel at Skyepharma Ltd and Vectura Group plc from 2015 to 2025. They began their legal career as an Associate at Stringer Saul/Fasken Martineau from 1999 to 2005 and later became a Partner at Fasken Martineau from 2005 to 2013, where they headed the London Commercial/IP Department. Stuart received a 2.1 in Law and completed their LPC with Commendation from the University of Bristol, as well as obtaining a PG Diploma with Distinction in EC Competition Law from King's College London.
