Rachele Narayan

Rachele Narayan is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as a People & Development Advisor at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick since July 2021, following a role as People & Development Coordinator at the same organization. Prior to this, Rachele worked as an HR Administrator at Catholic Regional College Sydenham from June 2019 to July 2021 and briefly held the position of Safety Representative at Vail Resorts in late 2018. Rachele holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Australian Catholic University and completed VCE at Assumption College Kilmore. Additionally, Rachele has obtained a Certificate III in Business from Go Tafe and a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from HospTrain.
