Piper Phillips Caswell is a seasoned leader in the field of education and special services, currently serving as the President and CEO of PHILLIPS Programs for Children and Families since April 2013. Notable past roles include Board Member positions at MANSEF and DCASE, and Director of Learning Specialists at McLean School of Maryland. Piper possesses extensive experience in educational leadership, having held various influential roles such as Director of Middle School at The Kingsbury Center and Curriculum Coordinator at Kingsbury Day School. Piper also offers coaching services to middle school through college-aged students needing support with executive functioning and ADHD. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Special Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from The George Washington University.
