Renee Flowers

Renee Flowers serves as the Program Director at PHILLIPS Programs for Children and Families since August 2014, demonstrating extensive leadership within the organization. In addition, Renee has been a Teacher at a Private School since July 1995, showcasing a long-standing commitment to education. Renee holds a Master's degree in Special Education from Coppin State University and a Bachelor's degree from Lincoln University. Further educational background includes attendance at Sacred Heart Academy.
