Alana Vaz

Alana Vaz possesses diverse experience across multiple roles in engineering, logistics, and education. Alana began as a Mechanical Technician Intern at MRS Logística S.A., followed by a position as a Manufacturing Engineer at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities included process improvement and material delivery management. Alana also served as a Warehouse Specialist at Schneider Electric, focusing on waste reduction and team training in Lean methodologies. In a graduate setting, Alana contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh and held various roles at South Carolina State University, including Graduate Assistant and Tutor. Currently, Alana works as a Materials Manager at Philips.
