Aled Phoenix

Aled Phoenix is an electronics and electrical engineer currently serving as an X-Ray Field Service Engineer at Philips. Having transitioned from a six-and-a-half-year military career in the British Army, Aled completed an apprenticeship with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) and achieved recognition as the IET Armed Forces Technician of the Year in 2014. Aled is in the process of completing a Higher National Certificate in Electrical Engineering at Teesside University while supporting Alstom Train Care in maintaining Class 390 Virgin Pendolino Trains. Prior to this, Aled held various engineering roles, including Team Leader at Marine Specialised Technology Limited, where they contributed to significant Ministry of Defence contracts.
