Alla Shnaider

Alla Shnaider is a Software and Hardware Groups Manager at CT DMS, Philips, where they oversee a team of software, hardware, and firmware engineers. With extensive experience in the medical device industry, Alla has managed software development teams and processes, adhering to IEC 62304 and FDA guidelines. Previously, they held various roles at Lumenis, including Software Teams Leader and R&D Project Manager, where they successfully led cross-platform projects. Alla's technical expertise is complemented by a B.Sc in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Haifa. They have also contributed to innovation in the field with multiple patents.
